Hi, I'm hoping someone here can help. My printer has lost some functionality due to having an old firmware version (CKP5CN1829AR). I'm not able to enable ePrint.

I've downloaded the new 2011A firmware, it sees the printer on the network, but then says it "does not contain upgrades for your device."

I've seen some people suggest a factory reset, which I've tried. I've also managed to get into the Resets menu and do a Semi-Full Reset. Neither of those has helped and I'm not sure why Full Reset isn't even an available option.

Thanks!
