Hello,

 

I can not print with my PC, the print jobs remain in the queue with an error.

However, I have no problems scanning.
I have reinstalled HP Smart and the printer several times, but I just can't print.
I have tried running HP Print and Scan Doctor but the program does not start. In the temp folder, the log file says the following:

I tried starting multiple services, but that didn't help.

Has anyone ever had a problem like this and knows how to fix it?
