This is driving me bonkers!!!

I've been trying to sign into my HP SMART account for the past couple of days to check my ink supply.

From some crazy reason, the user name & password saved to my settings won't register.

When I ask for help, I get a code sent to my email that I enter with a new password which, after I enter it, Changes my user name to that code & won't accept the password "invalid user name or password"

GAHHHH

Somebody Please HELP?!?

@roxessence

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.  Please reset the default wireless settings and reconfigure the printer with the new wireless network password:

  1. Press to turn on or off the printer wireless capabilities of connecting to a wireless network
    with a router or an access point.
  2. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button for at least three seconds.
  3. This will also put the printer back into the Auto Wireless Connect (AWC) setup mode.

And, also refer to the article: HP printer setup (HP Smart app) By the end of the article you will be able to isolate the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
