Hi,
I recently bought the printer HP DeskJet Plus 4110 (~2 weeks ago). Usually I turn the printer off after usage, because I use it maximum once a day. It happened twice already that it was not possible to turn the printer off by the power button. I tried several times, long press, short press, ... Finally, I had to pull the plug.
I did not find any solution in the help documents. Did someone else experience the problem? Is there a solution?
Some additional information:
I use the printer with WiFi functionality. The printer shows no error.
Best regards,
Philipp

Hi @Philippku,
I'd like to help!
Try the suggestions below -
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
