Welcome to the HP Community --

What you can do depends on the Operating System / version.

The Operating System depends on the Device (computer, tablet, phone)

The job parameters depend on the Paper Size, Type, and Weight - Specifications / Tray and Paper

AND

How those settings are integrated into the job configuration

The job setup / configuration depends on the application / software used to open, view, configure, and submit the job to the printer.

The printer mechanics support Borderless printing as described in the Specifications:

Product Specifications for the HP ENVY 6432e All-in-One Printer (223R3B)

Ideas

Chronic slowness might be due to the connection type, network congestion, frequency / band selection.

Generally resulting in job failure, slowness might be a job type configuration issue - For example, does the application or software fully support the file type of your photo / image file?

===========================================

Borderless is not necessarily related to "slowness" --

In general,

The job configuration is correct (supported paper size / type in both app and Tray and Paper (EWS)

OR the job setup is not correct.

On a printer where Borderless is supported,

Borderless printing is frequently limited to certain paper sizes and / or paper types.

Paper Size and Paper Type should be set in the printer (use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) for this printer model)

AND

Paper Size / Type should be set in the application / software used to open, view, configure, and submit the job to the printer.

Example - HP Smart - Windows - Simple Photo Print - 4x6 in - Borderless

General Example - HP Smart - Mobile - Simple Photo Print - Print Options
