I can't install my printer. It says the driver is not available.

When it says, the driver is not available, this could be a compatibility issue with the current OS. 

What is the current OS version you are using?

 

What is the exact issue you are facing?

Please do help! I am Windows 10 Enterprise (22H2) if that helps.  When I go to the HP site and try to update the driver it doesn't install.  I'm wondering if the printer is too old.

Hi @AmyPratt,

 

You are right, This printer seems to be not compatible with your current OS Windows 10 Enterprise.

 

However, try and see if the Windows built-in driver works.
