I downloaded AIO_CDB_NonNet_Full_Win_WW_130_141.exe to install the HP Deskjet and Officejet Full Feature Software and Drivers but encountered errors during the system requirements checking. The dialog said:
How do I resolve this installation issue? I can already print to the printer but would like to install the HP Solutions Center to use other functions like scanning.

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP forum. Can you try the following:
Please Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor (PSDR) tool to diagnose and fix your problem

Officejet 4500 g510 n "all in one series"- using Win7 64bit OS- problem is full feature software won't load because of 3 errors- ( using HP print & scan doctor" ) says 1. USB driver err. 2. USB hardware err. 3. Operating system err. - however I have checked and rechecked and all is OK and as it should be with updated drivers ect. - something is not reading through to my system. What should I do?
