I'm trying to install my 6950 All In One printer on my Windows 10 PC by creating a wireless connection.
But for some reason the installation will not finish. It seems only the fax option is installed but not the printer/scanner options.
In the printer and scanner overview there is a message that says that there is no driver available. Also in the HP Smart app I get a message that the printer is connected but not is installed. When I try to print documents (HP Smart) I get the message that the selected printer has been found but that it is not fully installed on my computer.
How can I get this to work as it worked in the past before?
Thank you!

Hi,
Right-click the Start menu and select System, then scroll down and let me know what is the currently listed version.

Hi aatalex,
It is good to know you're using Mesh system, although this may be relevant in a later stage, not for such a Driver Unavailable error.
Please clarify the version itself, as listed within the Windows Specifications section, as in below example:

Just to provide some more information.
According to HP Smart the printer is ready.
But when I look at the printer information I can see that it's connected but not installed:
When I look in the Windows Printer and scanner section i see that there is no driver available for the printer.
I tried to install the drivers but window's update tells me I have the latest version and shuts itself down.
Below you'll find info about my W10 version.
Also I installed the HP Print & Scan Doctor. This app finds the HP Officejet 6950 2x on my system.
1 installed and 1 not installed.
When i choose for the installed version and continue to set a diagnose print & scan doctor tells me that there are printingproblems and starts to install software.
After the installation process I choose for connecting wireless:
I choose for the printer listed:
After this the installation is finished and it seems only the fax option is installed:
In the following reply I will explain the process after adding the not installed printer.

After installing the device already installed I followed the same process (via Print & Scan doctor) for the printer not installed.
This will be short, for the second printer P&S doctor comes with a download error so I cannot install.
