I'm not new to computers but really stumped here. Either Wi-Fi  or wired attempts to setup the printer are all stopped by the following message and then a prompt system reboot. It happens so fast I can't even read the BSOD message. I had to have phone camera at the-ready. Took three tries to snap a picture I could read. From there, nothing tracked  the same through help files

STOP CODE: IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

 

Any ideas would be appreciated. I've removed all other printers, deleted all related files and started from scratch. Went to Hp and looked for known issues; no luck there.
