Hello!

 

I am looking for possibility how to turn off automatic updates of my printer HP DeskJet 2700.

I have same issue as other users of HP Smart: The function of turning off Automatic Updates is avaliable, but it is locked / gray.

The printer is not enrolled with Instant Ink option.

 

Looking forward for support.

I see that you are not able to disable auto-updates on the printer's EWS page.

 

Turn off web services and check if that helps
