Hello, I use HP Deskjet 2623 to print from my iphone but I cant find option to print grayscale or color. Thank you

Hi @Arshad12

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Make sure the iOS device is up to date with the software.

Go to Settings > General > Update software

 

Kindly refer to this document to know how to print from your iOS device to the printer and change the print settings as required.

 

Alternatively, you may use the HP Smart app to print from your phone

Hi @Kumar0307,

 

Thank you for your respond. Good input to update the ios which I did already. After I updated my ios, I try to print again use my cellphone (using HP Smart) and still cant find the “color” option. But when i choose “Print” not “Print with HP Smart” its automate print color. Any idea what happen?

When you use 'print', it is the AirPrint driver that is used to print from your iOS device.

 

1.) Launch the HP Smart app. 

2.) Touch the "Print Documents" tile and open the file you would like to print.

3.) Touch "Print".

 

4.) Touch on the grey line above the printer's name.

 

Select the 'Color option' and change as required.
