@KSS90, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're unable to print PDF documents using your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e All-in-One Printer after upgrading to Windows 11. Let's walk through some steps to resolve this issue.
Update Your Printer Driver
Windows 11 may require updated drivers for full compatibility.
- Go to the HP Software and Driver Downloads page.
- Enter HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e and select your OS (Windows 11).
- Download and install the Full Feature Software and Drivers.
Use HP Smart App
HP Smart is optimized for Windows 11 and can help manage printing tasks more reliably.
- Download from the Microsoft Store. Or - HP Smart
- Open HP Smart > Add your printer > Try printing the PDF from within the app.
Try Printing from a Different PDF Viewer
Sometimes, the issue lies with the PDF software.
- If you're using Adobe Acrobat Reader, ensure it's updated.
- Alternatively, try printing the PDF using Microsoft Edge or Foxit Reader.
Check Print Settings
- Open the PDF > Click Print.
- Select your HP printer.
- Click Advanced > Enable Print as Image.
- Click OK and try printing again.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
