@KSS90, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're unable to print PDF documents using your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e All-in-One Printer after upgrading to Windows 11. Let's walk through some steps to resolve this issue.

Update Your Printer Driver

Windows 11 may require updated drivers for full compatibility.

Use HP Smart App

HP Smart is optimized for Windows 11 and can help manage printing tasks more reliably.

  • Download from the Microsoft Store. Or - HP Smart
  • Open HP Smart > Add your printer > Try printing the PDF from within the app.

Try Printing from a Different PDF Viewer

Sometimes, the issue lies with the PDF software.

  • If you're using Adobe Acrobat Reader, ensure it's updated.
  • Alternatively, try printing the PDF using Microsoft Edge or Foxit Reader.

Check Print Settings

  • Open the PDF > Click Print.
  • Select your HP printer.
  • Click Advanced > Enable Print as Image.
  • Click OK and try printing again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
