Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8725 All-In-One

Is it possible to purchase a care package after the product’s warranty has expired. When I bought in 2019, I was in a rush to get the printer as I’d just left my job and my elderly mother was going through breast cancer and so I didn’t really think on getting the care package until later. Have I left I too late?!

This is the US terms and conditions, UK might be different but I doubt it. Reading the terms you are likley unable to purchase the carepack.

Thank you for responding. Unfortunately the link did not bring up the document you sent. I have read the UK Help Page and, as you say, it’s unlikely that I can apply for the care package after the warranty period. However, I read from my paperwork that HP were to send me confirmation of my having registered my printer at the time of purchasing … but I did not receive it! I think I’ll try and pursue via that angle as that was to remind me to buy the care package.
