Bonjour,

 

Je viens d’acheter une imprimante HP Office Jet Pro 8122e.

Lors de la configuration, la cartouche jaune n’est pas reconnue, malgré les aides trouvées sur le site HP et l’avoir fait voir par un informaticien… 

Que faire, svp ?
