Hi there,

 

Iam getting the following cartidge error from last few days for my HP Deskjet 2520hc Printer

 

" -- -- TriColor

 

Cartidges listed above are damaged or have failed. Remove them and replace with new cartidges"

I tried refilling the Cartridge and iam still getting the same error

 

If it is is related to HP: Disabling 3rd-party ink ensures “best printing experience”, Iam waiting for the fix from your side

 

Help me solve this issue. Thanks

I see that you are getting the error message related to color refilled ink cartridge.

I would like to help.

HP recommends that you use genuine HP ink or toner supplies. HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP or refilled cartridges.
