Hi, I've seen that HP Support team responds best here. I've moved recently from USA to Netherlands and need to change the regions on my printer (still under warranty) so that I can use the European cartridges. I have an urgent need and raising a support ticket, calling, whatsapping, FB messenger has not garnered any response. The only response I received was from the NL support team when I called and they said (in english) they cant help me coz i dont speak Dutch, and they couldnt give me a number to reach for English. This is the last hope I have coz after this I'll need to buy a non HP printer to do my job which is not going to wait for me to learn dutch. Can anyone please help?

@Prntr4nitr, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.  

  

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link
