Welcome to HP support community.

You will have to do a regionalization reset on the printer.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on "Continue as guest".

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several other.

Cheers.

Thank you fior help. I had to send a warranty claim to get contact information. Since printer is out, but ink should be ok.  I will wait an see.

I would just add, HP Norway will help to set a printer to accept local cartridges in Norway only.

HP will not set a printer to accept cartridges intended for another country than yours, only to your current location.

E.g. you may contact HP Japan if you moved with the printer to Japan and need to use the local cartridges there.

As a reference see below document:

Before you contact HP, you must have a full set of genuine HP ink cartridges for your current country/region.

Hello thanks for info. I live part time Norway  and part time Japan. So thats why i have ink from Japan. Use Hp both places. And did not think it was different ink system. Hp support in norway is impossible to contact anyway.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

Cheers.
