Change my printer region/country for ink use

I moved to the UK from the US and brought my printer (HP Photosmart 7520 e ALL-IN-ONE SERIES) with me. I ran out of ink and went to the UK HP website to order more. The site pointed me to 364 inks so I bought them. Now I've installed them and I'm getting an error message that these are not compatible with my current settings. I need to change my region settings so my printer will use the inks I just purchased from HP. 

 

I've seen the other threads and am ready to proceed with that guidance, but clearly there is a step that requires further assistance since the other threads all end up asking for a copy/screenshot of some information that is revealed after a sequence of key presses on the ink levels section of the printer menu. Please let me know how to proceed and share that information so I can my printer back to a functional state (The error message about the ink overrides all other onboard printer screen controls, rendering it effectively useless for scanning or anything else)
