HP Deskjet 2622
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought the HP deskjet 2622 printer in the US, where it uses 65 ink cartridges.
I have moved to israel where it uses 123 Ink Cartridges.
I have purchased new official HP ink.
I cannot get in touch with HP support to change the regional setting as instructed in this knowledge base article: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02558798
The system says that my printer is out of warrantee and sends me to the forums. What now?

@NR972, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
