Change region of my printer

macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi, I bought my Deskjet 1510 printer in Russia and moved to Denmark last year. I've bought a cartridge #301 here according to the instructions but I cannot use it due to the regional lock. Can I get the instructions to do it?

Welcome to HP Support Community! 

  

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
