Product: HP Color Laser 150nw
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I am actually on macOS 13 Ventura (this isn't in the drop down) 13.0.1

When I try to print I can print single sided and in colour fine. But I am unable to print double sided (duplex) 

I tried downloading the drivers (a massive 500mb) from HP

But that hasn't resolved it. 

The help guy I spoke to on HP support said that HP don't support Mac - which seems INSANE? Also the product listing says it is compatible with Mac. 

I can use the Generic driver - which allows me to print duplex, but not in colour. 

 

Any ideas? I have tried looking for a firmware update I can upgrade in the printer using the ip address screen for the printer. But I can't find any firmware files.
