Product: HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M553n

I cannot get this printer to print Duplex. Yes, it is the duplex model. In Printer Preferences, I have  Print on both sides selected.to YES. In printer Properties\Device Settings, Duplex Unit shows Installed.  I created a two page word document. Prints two separate pages. Updated the firmware today to cljM552_553_fs3.9.15_fw_2309110_002028.  Driver is Downloaded driver today also. Nothing. I do not think I missed anything. Is this unit a lemon?

Hi,

Is it a Color LaserJet Enterprise M553n as you indicate or a different model?

 

As the M553n does not provide automatic duplexing as you mention, only the M553dn or M553x models provide a such:
