I bought a new laptop which runs on Chrome OS (a source of where my frustration starts because everything is so different). My first issue: I cannot login in to HP Smart. After submitting my user name and password, all I get is THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE and the buffering circle. Even after waiting 10 minutes, no change. I know I'm connected to the internet because other websites open. So I created another HP Smart account and the same thing happened. Ideas?
In the old days, I could just connect the printer to the laptop and that would be it. But, now I need WiFi? Why? And the WiFi I have access to is a public one provided by my apartment complex which I read somewhere that I needed a private WiFi...... Anyway, I need help setting up my printer to print from my laptop. HELP!
