Correcting Error OXB3D56AZB

After printing a page which is OK, after a few minutes, I get this error code and can’t print. Once I unplug the printer and the plug it back in I can print a job and then, after 4-5 minutes, the error reoccurs. How can I fix the error?

I understand you are getting this error intermittently. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Oxc19a0005 or similar error code displays

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Check for any jams inside the printer and make sure the print carriage is moving freely. 

Follow the steps on - Carriage jam or E3 error

 

If the error persists, let us perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue.

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
