Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a failed firmware update. Now my printer's IP only shows "Welcome to Nginx!" message.  i tried the solution proposed in this post:

When i tried to right click the firmware update utility and right-click"device Update" but it did not give me the expected options.  it was only open, or run as administrator, or properties.  None of those gave me an option to copy files to a destination.  is there another way to get the files necessary to run the update manually?
