Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have problems with my DesignJet 500 - C7770B.I switched from Windows 7 x64 to Windows 10 x64 and I cant print anymore.

 

I installed the Windows driver for the Printer and I install the HP Instant Printing application. When I want to print my Render bar stopped everytime at 80%.

 

I pluged the driver via USB and I see the printer on my Windows 10.
