About a week ago, on our only Windows 7 machine, no matter what color options we sent, the job always printed in color. Today we uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and driver, and it still exhibits the same behavior. Other printers on this PC function as expected.
I would like to know how a diagnostics print is printing, can you please print and attach it here to make sure that the colors are fine and nothing is missing and if possible also attaching an image on how you need it to print and how it is printing?
