Hi,

I have installed the printer.  Logged in as myself on the Mac I can print, scan etc. using HP Smart.  However, when I log in as my daughter on the same Mac she can only print.  On HP Smart it says printer status unknown, although it can print.  This means she can't scan.  We've re-installed the printer on her user account, have turned it off, rebooted - nothing works, but it works perfectly in my account.  I need her to be able to scan whilst during lockdown so that she can upload her school work throughout the day whilst I work on a separate machine.  At the moment I am having to scan documents and email them to her so that she can upload them - rather defeating the purpose of the new all in on...

Thanks for your help.
