Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have downloaded the smart install app 3 times and every time it says welcome to  blah blah and plwase wait while we start the programme, then it dissappears and npthing happens and I cannot get the printer to connect to the wifi, all help on HP support says download teh software and everything is done for you but it won't run Help!!!

Uninstall and reinstall the App to see if that works.

 

If the issue still persists, let's download and install the Printer software from here:

https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers
