Hello. I am trying to download from the HP site the drivers for a Laser jet Pro MFP M428fdw printer.

 

I got all the way to where it asks whether I use the printer for home or business. No matter what I mark I cannot continue because there is a box beneath "In the home" and "In a business" in which the cursor lies won't accept any typing (I don't even know what the box is for). If I click on continue I go nowhere. 

 

Does this make any sense to anyone?

only the download again!
Sometimes the support server will be under maintenance.
