I have recently purchased a HP LaserJet C5225DN for my workplace.  I am unable to get drivers to use on my Mac.  It keeps diverting me to install the Easystart software to install the drivers, yet they are not available through the app.  I have tried many solutions and also support from HP, but I seem to be in this endless loop that keeps directing me to use the HP Easy Start Software that doesn't have the drivers.  I just need the driver install package for this printer for MAC so that I can properly print and use the features.

Hate to say it but this is my least favorite 11x17 printer HP makes. Yes it is the cheapest color laser you will find but mostly because the design is nearly 12 years old and based on the Pro system not the Enterprise system and last time I checked there has not been any updates for at least 9 years. My advice is return it if you can and find a dealer with either an M750/751 or E75245 available.
