Driver Unavailable Envy 7858 - Reinstall Unsuccessful

Product: Envy 7858 All in One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows updated Nov 6, 2020 and have not been able to print from my desktop since.  I can scan through HP Smart - but printer continues to have "driver unavailable" error.

I have TWICE completely uninstalled (including the registry, renaming the folder to .old) and reinstalled HP Smart with exact same issue.  I downloaded the drivers from the HP website, however no (obvious) way to get them to update in the HP Smart app or windows devices. Several previous discussion from 2018 have this issue and the solution seems to have been a .exe link to download drivers.  Of course the link no longer works.  

If anyone has the current link to just download the drivers maybe this would help.
