Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

received message Driver discontinued and no longer available.  What do I do now?  I thought it was my printer and bought a new one.  But the printer doesn't work either.

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc. 
  • Are you referring to printer drivers or drivers for the computer?
  • Could you elaborate on the issue for further assistance?
