@Fezzie66, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're looking for a USB driver for the HP Laser MFP 135a that is compatible with macOS Ventura 13.7.6.

Visit the official HP driver page for the HP Laser MFP 135a: HP Laser MFP 135a Drivers & Software

Select your operating system:

  • If macOS Ventura 13.7.6 is not automatically detected, click "Choose a different OS" and manually select macOS 13.

Download the "HP Laser MFP 130 Printer series Full Solution Software and Drivers":

  • This package includes the necessary USB and print drivers for macOS.

Install the downloaded package:

  • Double-click the .dmg file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Connect your printer via USB:

  • Once installed, connect your HP Laser MFP 135a to your Mac using a USB cable.
  • Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners, and click the "+" to add the printer if it doesn't appear automatically.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
