 On my Printer HP photosmart C 4680 , no idea why , i can not manage the printer and scanner anymore , by the HP software 

hp software dialog.  Now , when opening the HP solutappear a screen with an immagine with  F I not clickable ?

That probably due to Flash is no longer available. Please try following option
