Please help, I have a  new HP Deskjet 3721 printer which I am trying to set up on my Hp all in one desktop computer, and I have spent hours, and get this final result     -Installation Error.  Call toDriverPackageInstall returned error 32 for package"C:\ProgramFiles\HP\HPDeskJet3700series \Driver\Store\YetiiV4\hpygid20_v4.inf'

a component of the driver package in the DIFxdriver store is locked by a thread or process.

What on earth do I do next please
