Product: HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer

My new ENVY 6020e connects to Wifi but throws an EBS00P0004 error after stating the wifi is connected. The printer is listed in HP Smart for desktop as offline, so no settings / advanced settings are active. The mobile app gives me a loader and nothing else.
Resetting the printer, turning off/on, off/on the wall socket did not work.
My wifi is 2.4 GHz network
My  OS  is macOS Ventura 13.0.1
