Product: Deskjet 3630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,

I am currently locked out of my Deskjet 3630 and it won't go through the normal setup procedure. Having tried to go through the EWS, it appears there's a password set that I don't know. It's now told me my session has been locked.

 

I don't need someone to tell me to "try resetting the network settings" because that doesn't help. I just need to know how to factory reset and remove the EWS password.
