Product: HP OfficeJet 5255

Hello all,

 

I am installing my HP OfficeJet 5255 printer at my parents house.  This printer was previously connected to my HP Instant Ink account.  How do i connect the printer i am installing at my parents house with their own new HP Instant Ink account?  I am unable to setup the new account and it will not print without that setup.

 

Please help.

@gujupori, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

First, you will have to sign in to your Instant Ink account and remove the printer.

For more info, refer to - Cancel Your HP Instant Ink Service

 

Once done, you may enroll the printer in a new account. Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
