Product: Galaxy Book S
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to install the FULL software and drivers for the Envy 5642. My computer OS is Windows 10 64 bit When I download the installation files for this it says this software only works on the 32 bit version of the OS please download the 64 bit version.  I double checked multiple times I have downloaded the 64 bot installation file but when I go to install it says this software if for 32 bit please download the 64 bit.  Yes i know I can download the HPSmart and get my printer to work but I want the full version
