Product: Envy 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A recent "upgrade" messed up prior perfectly good functioning of printer. New software has disabled scanner and is inferior in software design. I don't want my printer on wifi with smart. I want the usb to work again.I'wasted hours on this. If I use the online fix functioning he scanner works but when I try to launch it on my computer it fails. Makes no sense. Please assist.
