I am trying to add an Envy Pro 6455 to one of my Windows 10 Laptops. When I add the printer it will show a message that the driver is not available. When I go into Windows Device Manager the message is that the driver is not signed or is not signed in the appropriate manner. I have gone through all of the online suggestions and none have worked. I have installed HP Smart 4 times, HP Envy setup utility and even the HP Support Assistant. None have given me drivers that will work. My laptop is current with all Windows updates.
I have other Windows 10 laptops that have had no problem configuring this printer. Any help in getting this one working?
