Product: HP officejet pro 6968

I am getting error code 0x6100004a paper jam.  I do not have a paper jam.  I followed all the instructions about shutting down and restarting.  After doing this is says the printer was shut down improperly, which it wasn't and still comes up with the error code.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error message.

 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document. If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue. 

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
