Product: Smart Tank 7605

Smart Tank 7605, p/n 28C02A

 

Firmware update failed (using HP's     HP_ST790_ST7600_2243A software) while trying to fix another issue

 

Now stuck with 8AF30001 error on top panel and flashing yellow light. Pulling the wall plug, pressing the power button for 30 sec, and restarting returns the same result

 

Help / advice would be gratefully received

HP Recommended

HP Tech Support was unable to fix the printer for me over the phone.

They emailed me a returns note, which I took with the printer to my vendor, who gave me a full refund.
