Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. My printer HP Officejet 4650 stopped being recognized by my computer. After my attempts to troubleshoot the issue, false Carriage Error popped up. I restarted the printer many times. Now there is Error Code OXC4EB8943. What should I do next?

@Bohdanz, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

I see that the printer is in an error state, I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays to isolate and resolve the issue.

 

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
