Product: HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer



 I have factory reset the printer through the tools menu, unplugged it multiple times, reset wifi, reinstalled app on phone and nothing works. The printer does hook up to wifi but can not be found by my phone to link it to the app.
