Hi @Helen715

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

The error code EBS00P0013 on your HP Envy 6120e All-in-One Printer suggests a potential firmware or hardware issue that may require specific troubleshooting steps.

Here's a guide to help resolve the problem:

1. Perform a Hard Reset

Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.

Wait for 2–3 minutes to clear any residual power or memory.

Plug it back in and power it on.

2. Check for Firmware Updates

HP regularly releases new firmware versions for printer enhancements, app updates, or issue fixes. Update the firmware regularly to get the most out of your printer.

Click on the link below for instructions on how to update the firmware of your printer.

3. Reconnect Printer

Disconnect the printer from Wi-Fi or USB, then reconnect it:

Reconfigure the printer's wireless settings using the HP Smart app.

If using USB, ensure the cable is securely connected.

4. Clear Paper and Cartridge Issues

Open the printer and check for paper jams or misaligned cartridges.

Ensure the ink cartridges are securely installed and contain sufficient ink.

5. Factory Reset

Reset the printer to its factory settings:

On the printer's control panel, navigate to Settings > Printer Maintenance > Restore Defaults.

Follow on-screen prompts to complete the reset.
