I have managed to download the driver - but when I double click for setting up - it comes with an error message - "this volume does not meet the requirements for this update"

 

Please help.

I see that you have issues with the printer setup, to provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-

  • How is the printer connected, USB/Wireless?
  • What is the Operating System installed on the computer?
