HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

The extender portion of my paper tray cover became detached from the paper tray cover.  It does not appear that any parts are broken, and I can still insert the paper tray cover into the printer without issue.  The problem is that I cannot figure out how to reattach the extender to the paper tray cover, and so when I print, the pages fall to the ground and become out of order.  There are clearly grooves where the extender is meant to slide within the paper tray cover, but the way the plastic is assembled on the extender, there is no way to slide the extender into the grooves without breaking certain of its plastic parts.  Can you please assist?  And if I need to purchase a new paper tray cover for the printer, please direct me where to purchase that part.
