Product: HP DeskJet GT 5820 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Hi HP Community, the printer has been with us for more than 9 years and we are now trying to move to a different household. In this case, we would like to change the network settings of the printer or in this case set it up like a new printer. However, it is asking for the printer password which we don't remember anymire. We tried the default "12345678" however to no avail, it it an error. Tried removing it to the list of devices on our Mac and Phones, however it still asks the same way.

How am I able to know this?
